Tender Presentation

I was engaged to design and layout a tender presentation for Kapsul Housing as part of their bid for a multimillion-dollar contract with a leading Melbourne university to deliver modular student housing.

The presentation needed to clearly communicate both the quality of Kapsul’s housing solutions and their innovative approach to modular construction.

Working closely with the client, I developed a bold, clean and contemporary design that aligned with their brand and reflected the high standard of their work. The layout balanced strong visual impact with clarity and structure, ensuring complex information was easy to navigate and key messages were clearly articulated. The final presentation elevated the tender content and positioned Kapsul Housing as a confident, professional and forward-thinking contender for the project.
